For the King’s College ‘Literacy Week 2015’ the librarian, Mr John Cummins, invited Professor David Williams to talk to a class of senior students enrolled in a History course (though without any curriculum on medieval history). Some 25 students (with four staff members in attendance) engaged in a good interactive discussion on the history of Magna Carta and its relevance to contemporary issues of justice and injustice, and the importance of the Rule of Law.
The talk took place on Wednesday 26th August at 2.40pm.
